We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and nothing in our reports, website, tools, platform, or communications constitutes regulated financial advice, a personal recommendation, a product endorsement, or an instruction to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. We do not assess suitability, provide investment recommendations, or give personalised financial advice.

If you require advice tailored to your personal circumstances, you should consult a qualified and FCA-authorised financial adviser. By using Wealth Desk, you acknowledge that all content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not fall within the scope of regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

Wealth Desk provides financial education, budgeting and cashflow insights, financial wellbeing reports, general financial planning frameworks, and decision-support tools. We do not manage money, execute transactions, recommend financial products, compare providers, arrange financial services, or provide regulated advice. Using Wealth Desk does not create a client–adviser relationship, a fiduciary relationship, an agency relationship, or a regulated advice relationship. We do not act on your behalf and do not owe any duty of care beyond providing educational materials and access to the platform.

AI-Powered Financial Support

Our reports are generated using a combination of financial education frameworks and secure artificial intelligence (AI) technology. While our systems are carefully designed and tested, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. For Employers

Where an employer purchases Wealth Desk for its employees, Wealth Desk provides access to educational financial wellbeing tools only. We do not provide advice to employees or to the employer, and we do not guarantee employee engagement, behavioural change, or financial outcomes. Employers acknowledge that Wealth Desk is an education and wellbeing benefit, not an advice service.

Refunds are available only where Wealth Desk has failed to deliver the agreed service or where the service is materially defective or unusable. Refunds are not available where users choose not to engage with the service, employees do not complete reports, users dislike the insights or conclusions, the service does not result in improved financial outcomes, the purchaser changes their mind after delivery, or internal adoption or participation is lower than expected. Wealth Desk does not guarantee behavioural, financial, or wellbeing outcomes.

Your Data

Wealth Desk complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process personal data solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We operate on the principles of lawfulness and fairness, transparency, data minimisation, storage limitation, and security. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Users have full rights under UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and withdrawal of consent.

We use AI language technology solely to structure and present educational insights from user-provided information. Personal data is not used to train external models and is not sold or shared beyond the scope of service delivery. All processing is carried out in line with UK GDPR principles.

Accurate Data

We take reasonable care to provide accurate and useful educational content. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealth Desk shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on our educational materials. Our total liability to any user or employer is limited to the total fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We do not accept liability for financial decisions made by users, investment performance, behavioural outcomes, wellbeing outcomes, lost profits, or opportunity costs.

Our services are designed primarily for users in the United Kingdom. These terms and all use of our services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
